For spooky season this year, I worked with some friends for this Freddy inspired shoot. Normally I stay away from horror and scary, but it was fun to play with lights and haze to bring this look to life.
Asa
And just like that, I’m thrice an uncle.
Asa was born back in February and I was lucky enough to spend a weekend with him and his little Marquette family earlier this month. Seeing Otto take his place as an older brother was especially fun to witness. Here’s a look at six-week-old Asa and his loving family!
Hannah & Young // engaged
So excited to see these good friends get engaged! I really enjoyed watching Young secretly plan everything and surprise Hannah with this whole evening. The orchard was a beautiful spot to wander around on a sunny fall day. Congrats you two!
Colleen & Brad
What a lovely summer afternoon for a wedding. The sun was screaming hot, but that didn’t stop us from having a ton of fun exploring downtown Detroit. Seeing the ice-cream truck drive up and surprise Colleen and Brad was just one of the many moments I was privileged to capture. Thanks for letting me be a part of your day!

Otto’s First Birthday
Earlier this summer my oldest nephew turned one! It’s been so great to be able to watch him grow from a distance, but getting time to actually interact with him in person is so special. I can’t wait to have little conversations with him soon.
