This year’s theme for the 15th annual Capital City Film Festival really highlighted the narratives and creativity that the filmmakers and artists brought to their work. In capturing footage from the festival, I hope to portray the the joy and silliness of the festival and the strong sense of community that has grown up around this annual event.
